After gritting my teeth for years through sorry cable reception, limited cable TV selection, slow internet, constant outages, billing increases and "errors", I FINALLY found a spot to place a satellite dish and switched to Direct TV! It was with the greatest pleasure that I returned Hargray's equipment to them.

Now, well over a year later, my credit card provider lowered my limit due to a collection action by Hargray claiming that I hadn't returned their equipment!

Now, my credit report is marred by a collection action AND by the percentage of credit limit used on that credit card! All because of Hargray's continued ineptitude or attempt to rip me off!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

same thing happened to me!!!!!!729.00 and I returned their *** equipment!

I had the same experience as OP. Continue to get collection notice for 729.00 , for failure to return equipment,when I returned the equipment!
