Frustration
This company is a bait and switch. They are not upfront with pricing, and when you need to call for issues, technical support or billing, it takes a lifetime on hold to reach someone and then they dont do what they say or follow up.
Weve had this company for about 2 months, paying premium pricing for basic and unreliable service. Avoid this service at all cost! Even on nice blue skies days, internet service drops for no reason and cable service constantly freezes and glitches. HD channels are duplicates of the other channels you pay for.
They say 150 channels, but half are duplicates and about 50 are music channels. None of the channels are movie channels to enjoy a movie without commercials. Who wants to watch an hour show with 5 or more commercial breaks that are at least 5 mins or more.
Frustrated is an understatement with this company. Weve had Directv, Dish, and now Hargray (due to our service area not having many options).

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
It feels like I have been blocked and they are just hanging up yet. I have never talked to the one person or been able to report the outage that is messed up.
My bills are paid up-to-date!
I should not be treated like this.
The pictures below or just prove I was calling them and you can see there was no communication thats only a few of them. Ill probably call them another 10 times looking up numbers on the Internet for troubleshooting for contacting and all of them said 24 hours seven days a week.
But no one will answer the phone!

Hargray increased my rates drafted my bank without my permission and was almost impossible to contact by phone online chat informed me that the only way to cancel was by phone.

Hargray is awful. From their internet service, tech support and customer service.
And don't have life happen and get behind on your bill. The My Account says it's due on the 15th but they will cut it off on the 13th. If you pay the bill don't be in any hurry to have it cut back on cause that can take up to 24 hours since I was told by a customer service agent it's not just a "flip of a switch".
Seems to me they really need to work on making it a little more streamlined so a person doesn't have to manually hurt his or her fingers pushing those keyboard buttons to cut service on. I'm sure it's a "flip of a switch" to cut it off.
Preferred solution: Fix the time frame of cutting service back on. Make it more streamlined.
